If COVID restrictions prevent our event going through a full refund will be available.
A fee free cancellation may be made 7 working days prior to the event. Otherwise a cancellation administration charge will be withheld as follows:
Within 24 hours prior to the event commencement 80%
Within 6 days prior to the event commencement 20%
